    For domestic shipping, we ship through USPS so if there are weather delays during the transit of your order, we are not held responsible for what happens once your package has been shipped off. *see refunds section.

  • If your package says “Delivered”, but you haven’t received your package, you are responsible for notifying your local post office or Fedex so they can provide you with information such as your tracking number, shipping date, and last known location.

    Normal Culture is NOT responsible for contacting any parcel service on your behalf nor the refund or reshipping fee for any packages due to lost/stolen packages or packages that were deemed undeliverable.

  • If you have an issue with the items you’ve purchased such as the item being defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will evaluate the issue and correct your order with issuing a store credit/refund as long as the item(s) is still in stock.
